1. Who we are

matchbets.ai ("Match Bets", "we") is operated by VIDAVASTA S.L., CIF B56693013, with registered office at Calle Ntra. Sra. de Gracia, 26, Planta Baja Cent., 29602 Marbella (Málaga), registered in the Registro Mercantil de Málaga. Contact: hello@404labs.co.

Match Bets publishes sports information and statistical opinions. We are not a bookmaker, do not accept bets or deposits, and do not hold a gambling licence. We do not claim any regulator's approval.

2. Who may use the site

• You must be 18 or over (or the higher legal age for gambling where you live).
• You must not use the site if you are self-excluded from gambling (for example, registered in Spain's RGIAJ or with GamStop) or if gambling is illegal where you are.
• The site is not directed at users in jurisdictions where gambling content or promotion is prohibited, including the United Arab Emirates.

3. Nature of the content

• Picks, prices, statistics and articles are general information and opinion, not betting, financial or investment advice.
• There is no guarantee of any outcome or profit. Past results do not predict future results. You can lose all of any money you bet.
• Odds shown may change or be unavailable by the time you see them.
• You are solely responsible for any bets you place and for complying with the laws that apply to you.

4. Public record

We aim to publish every pick with its odds, stake, closing odds and result, and not to alter picks after posting. Corrections of clear data errors (for example, a mistyped price) are noted publicly.

5. Third-party sites and Telegram

• The site may link to third parties, including Telegram channels and, in future, licensed bookmakers. Their terms and privacy policies apply; we are not responsible for their services.
• Any commercial link will be identified as advertising (see Affiliate disclosure).

6. Paid services

We do not currently sell any paid service. If we launch one, its price, billing provider, cancellation terms and your 14-day right of withdrawal as an EU consumer (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007) will be set out here before you can buy it.

7. Intellectual property

Content on the site belongs to VIDAVASTA S.L. or its licensors. You may share links and short quotes with attribution. You may not resell or systematically republish the picks or record without permission.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from bets or decisions made using the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.

10. Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Consumers may bring proceedings in the courts of their place of residence. EU consumers can also use the EU's dispute resolution information pages.
